Refund Policy

SoccerTech has a strict refund policy for all its programs.

SoccerTech is not responsible for actions outside of our control, including such events like war, weather cancellations or other “Acts of God”, including pandemic outbreaks and /or similar events.  Should a season be cancelled due to any of these events, refunds or credits might be offered on a case-by-case basis.  Should the program already have incurred expenses, these shall be deducted from the refund or credit on a per player ratio.

SoccerTech reserves the right to delay a soccer season for any of the actions mentioned above.  Should a season be delayed by more than four sessions but not cancelled, SoccerTech will evaluate each and every program on a case-by-case basis to determine if it might offer refunds or credits or program extensions. Any refund or credit for a delayed season will be subject to a $50 admin fee to each player registration.  Any delayed program already in progress will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Should you register your player with SoccerTech under KidSport and then withdraw your player without KidSport having paid us prior, our posted admin fee will still apply. Should you withdraw and KidSport has paid us, we will send the funds back to KidSport minus the admin fee that is posted.

Weather or Smoke cancellations or other “Acts of God” will not trigger refunds, credits or make-up sessions as they are outside of SoccerTech’s control. SoccerTech could decide to offer some good will and offer make-up sessions if there are 4 or more of these cancellations in a season.

Once you register with our Association, registrants may withdraw their player application in writing under the following criteria:

Final Withdrawal Deadlines
To provide families with clear and consistent refund deadlines, SoccerTech has established fixed annual Final Withdrawal Deadlines that apply independently of CMSA registration, team formation, roster, or team registration deadlines.

For Indoor Seasons, the Final Withdrawal Deadline is 12:00 a.m. (midnight) on September 8 of the applicable registration year. This means that September 7 is the final full day on which a withdrawal request may be submitted and remain eligible for a refund.

A withdrawal request received after the applicable Final Withdrawal Deadline will not be eligible for a refund or credit.
These fixed deadlines apply regardless of any changes to CMSA registration, team formation, roster, or team registration deadlines.
Once the applicable Final Withdrawal Deadline has passed, SoccerTech may have incurred or committed substantial costs associated with the player’s participation, including coaching resources, facility bookings, league registration, equipment, administration, and other program-related expenses. Accordingly, no refund or credit will be provided for withdrawal requests received after the applicable Final Withdrawal Deadline.
Refund eligibility under this section applies regardless of whether a player has attended a tryout, assessment, placement session, practice, game, or other Club activity.

For season ending injury as noted by a doctor, SoccerTech will evaluate each application individually and may offer refunds or credits for future purchases, solely at SoccerTech’s discretion.

SoccerTech Programs valued at $75 or cheaper are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Community Association Fees are not eligible for a refund or credit.

Credits are not refundable.

NSF on any transaction will automatically cause a $30 NSF fee.

Any potential refund can take up to 4 weeks to be processed and posted.

Programs that SoccerTech runs for other Associations will have the same refund policy as posted here, unless it is clearly mentioned differently on its specific program website page.

For potential financial assistance refund requests: if you should choose to register your child first in our program and fully pay for the child, we will not be able to apply KidSport or JumpStart funding against this purchase. Please register your child in our software without the use of your Credit Card by paying with the registration number from either KidSport or JumpStart, using the JumpStart/KidSport button in the software.  SoccerTech will receive the payment for the registrations from either entity directly. We will only accept the financial assistance, if this process has been followed exactly.

***PLEASE NOTE: should a player at Calgary Rockies have outstanding fees in their account and is then registered at SoccerTech, the funds will be used to cover the outstanding invoices at Calgary Rockies and the player is ineligible to participate until the debt is settled. The same also applies for players moving from SoccerTech to Calgary Rockies, unless the debt is waived by either leadership.

For any financial aid questions, KidSport/JumpStart are considered 5PAY and are not considered 1PAY eligible. KidSport is direct-deposit and doe snot pay us by cheque.
