Refund Policy

SoccerTech has a strict refund policy.  Once you register with our Association, registrants may withdraw their player application for a full refund minus a $25 administration up to 60 days prior to the advertised program start date.  A $50 administration fee will be applied should the application to withdraw be received between 15 and 60 days prior to the advertised program start date.  No refund will be eligible 15 days prior to the advertised program start date or once the program has started.  For season ending injury as noted by a doctor, SoccerTech will evaluate each application individually and may offer refunds or credits for future purchases solely at SoccerTech’s discretion.

Programs which are run $60 or cheaper are not eligible for a refund.

Late Registration Fees, Volunteer Opt-Out Fees and/or Community Association Fees are not eligible for a refund.  Community Association membership fees enhance community spirit and go beyond the soccer program.

SoccerTech is not responsible for actions outside of our control, including such events like war, weather cancellations or other “Acts of God”, including pandemic outbreaks and similar events.  Should a season be cancelled due to any of these events, refunds will be offered on a case-by-case basis.  Should the program already have incurred expenses, these  shall be deducted from the refund on a per player ratio.

For refunds on applications made with support by KidSport, refunds will only be made minus any credit card and refund fees. For all those in need of KidSport support, we strongly encourage you to register in our program choosing the “JumpStart/KidSport” option – KidSport will then direct deposit your fees into our account, upon approval. For this option, you will need to apply to JumpStart/KidSport first.

NSF cheques will be subject to a $25 administrative fee.

Please note: any potential refund can take up to 4 weeks to be processed and posted.
